Notes: This is a somewhat rough audience recording, but it is the only known
circulating copy other than the cassette version that was taken from this
reel. The reel was played back on my Pioneer RT-707 reel to reel through my
Art DiO at 24-bits/96KHz into my Delta DiO 2496 soundcard and recorded with
SoundForge 6.0. The resultant wave file was normalized, pitch shifted down
79.3 centones, resampled to 44.1KHz at the highest quality, then bit-rate
converted to 16-bit with the high-pass triangular dither e='mrithm and
high-pass contour noise shaping.
