Description:
This is a one-disc (80 min.) compilation of three shows Jeff did at the Vic on Jan. 6, 8, & 9 of 2003. The sound is great; Tom Wilder did a good job tapping into the soundboard for the recordings all three nights. The compilation was inspired by nothing more than my frustration with shuffling around six discs in order to hear my favorite songs from all the concerts. It's basically chronological (except for the last track) and includes a diverse range of songs from classic uncle tupelo to newer wilco and solo/side projects, along with Jeff's comic relief. As compiler, I'm entitling it "Medicine Man" - you'll hear why. I hope you enjoy.

Update (10/16/2004):
I originally seeded this on STG with imperfect sector boundaries. After retracking it with CDWave, I now reseed it with fixed sector boundaries (the compilation is no different). Also if interested, all three entire shows are available in SHN format at www.bluegrassbox.com
