Notes:	* An alternate version of Uncle John's Band is provided as a work around for the splice on the master reel at about 5:25 into the song. This alternate track (d1t03alt) is missing approximately 10 seconds but masks the splice very nicely. * About 2 seconds were removed near the start of He's Gone to mask a splice from the 1st-gen cassette. Splice in Wharf Rat at 4:49. An alternate track (d2t05alt) patches the splice in the master reel with about 19 seconds of material from 11/14/73. * Levels drop at end of Sugar Magnolia at about 9:05. I boosted the levels 4db from 9:05 to the end.
