notes:
- this was never a official release. kid Charlemagne was used on a dvd but that is it.
- I downloaded this from STG last year as one track with all the commercials and errors intact.
- all commercials were edited out and fades added with soundforge 6.0
- the last five mins or so had LOTS of pops. made it unlistenable imo
- pops were removed in adobe audition 1.5 using the pop remover tool
- FM and Do It Again fade in
- a whole verse was cut in What a Shame About Me
- fades were added to make the cut smooth
- sectory boundarys confirmed with shntool v2.0.3
