Transfer: DAT(playback on Tascam DA-45HR) > MOTU 896 > Apple G5 (Digital Performer 4.5 recording as 24 bit/44.1 KHz AIFF > Waves L3 Multimaximizer -flat freq. response curve, threshold: - 4 dB, ceiling -0.1 dB)> 24 bit/44.1 KHz WAV > P4 PC - Wavelab 5.0 (removal of crowd noise with crossfades and 24 > 16 bit WAV using Waves IDR mastering plugin set for 'Hi Res CD Master' (Dither Type I, Ultra shaping) > CDWave v1.71 (tracking) > FLAC (FLAC frontend). Recorded by Derek McCabe and Mike Springer. DAT > WAV Transfer by Derek McCabe. Crossfades, tracking and FLAC encoding by Chris Ladner. In order to get the entire show onto two 80 minute discs, portions of crowd noise between some tracks were removed with crossfades to render the splices smooth/imperceptible. No portions of the musical performance or band member stage utterances were excluded. All editing was done on 24 bit files prior to rendering as above.
