Notes:

* There are a few dropouts while Dave is talking during the intro track. No edits were done to this spot.
* There is a bit of clipping in some of the loud crowd parts.
* There is a fade out at the end of #41. I am not sure why. There is no audio missing. The fade in comes while Dave is speaking. Some creative editing and it is smooth.
* There is another short fade out/in at the end of Nancies. Nothing is missing, it is during crowd noise. No editing was done to this spot.
* There is a tape flip after Two Step. Some creative editing and this spot is smooth as well.
* There is a cut after Is Chicago. A fade out was inserted here and a fade in inserted at the beginning of Say Goodbye.
* There is a half second dropout during Say Goodbye. No editing was done to this spot.
* There is a tape flip after Angel. Some creative editing and it is smooth.
* There is a fade out after Billies. Some creative editing and it is smooth.
* There is a fade out after Ants. Some creative editing and it is smooth.
