Notes:
Crowd noise (with a gap of silence) was removed in between d2t05+06 and between d2t06+07.
During the DAT transfer, the tracking break was made between d2t03+04, so the transition between those tracks is not seamless.
Encore was moved from after the second set to the end of disc I in an effort to conserve space. The transitions of the songs at the top of set II did not allow for good tracking across 2 discs, so the encore was moved instead.
