The event was a benefit for the Matthew Martorano Fund which Richie Scarlet and The Seducers were playing. Ace appeared as "special guest." Matthew was waiting for a lung transplant in Toronto. The jam session consited of Ace, Richie Scarlet, Frankie DeVille, Sandy Slavin, Dino Fregosi, Eddie Ojeda, Vince Martell (Vanilla Fudge) and members of John Entwistle's band. Apparently it raised $4K for Matthew.
