This Don Mclean interview is one of four on a two lp box set. The other programs were No. 125 Stories, air week of 9/23/73, No. 126 Mac Davis air week of 9/30/73 and No. 127 Spooky Tooth air week of 10/7/73.
This audio is a B+ from vinyl. The vinyl looked perfect when I purchased this set but it would not play the closing moments of American Pie. I almost ruined the record trying smooth out the few minor glitches. It's a long story but I got the interview on cdr. I hope you like it. You can hear the needle through much of the record but the fidelity is good. What do you expect from Army Reserve vinyl?
