All of Ramble On Rose and the first 3 minutes of Minglewood Blues had reel issues, the left channel would come in and out. This was fixed in soundforge using channel converter, The new left channel became a mix of 40% old left and 60% right. Right channel remained 100% right. This greatly reduced the problem without destroying the stereo image. The last 20 seconds were crossfaded back into the normal channels.
