A version of this is in circulation on the bootleg label Collector's Disc 2001 which includes the officially issued Stills/Hendrix track "Old Times Good Times" from Stills' first solo LP (1970), which is the only Stills-Hendrix collaboration known to be released.

The material on this CD was allegedly recorded in Stephen Stills' basement in Malibu California on May 21st 1968. However, it is either out-takes and jams by Hendrix (without Stills), or fake material that contains no Hendrix involvement whatsoever.

It’s highly unlikely or even a possibility that Hendrix was involved on the first four tracks; some speculate that those tracks are Stephen Stills and John Sebastian on guitars and Jimi Hendrix on bass. But if Hendrix was involved in any way it would pretty much be documented and a well-known fact amongst the Hendrix community..., wouldn't it?!

A sham of a Hendrix bootleg if there ever was one!

Doesn't anyone research this stuff before the put it on their list?!
