applied small amount of compression for reducing audience clapping and
done slight EQ but it's only a bit of lifting middle to high range up
and reducing very low range.

This is an audience recording for The Kills live in Tokyo,
the first of Blood Red Shoes/The Kills joint 2 days in Tokyo/Osaka.
Shibuya O-EAST is a SRO venue (capacity 1,200) and there were about
70 to 80% attendance for this double boy&girl duo bands.
After about 30 mins break for Blood Red Shoes to The Kills set
change (it was the time to drink beer and smoke cigarette for me),
The Kills started their performance. I like their albums but it was
the first their concert attendance so I stood at the center back,
one step higher up position, in front of PA. So the sound balance is
much better than Blood Red Shoes.
The performance was really great than I expected (sorry). Solid but
tricky & sexy moving and very tight performance. This experience
brought new aspect for listening their music. Fantastic !
Then, there were drum machine trouble on 'Fried My Little Brains'.
Seems empty beer can went down and hit button and then started
another rhythm sequence... funny!
* note for bonus track *
Included cancellation announcement for Aug. 9, 2008 SummerSonic08
Tokyo Day 1 The Kills appearance. After about 30 mins waiting, VV
came to the stage and said rhythm machine got troubled and lost all
the drum data and then it's impossible to play and sorry...Oh no.
Hope someone enjoy this recording.
