Notes:
-- First few notes of Bertha are missing
-- All disc transitions are seamless
-- The 2nd Not Fade Away cuts at 1:18
-- Cool Edit Pro v2.0 used to remove numerous pops
-- There is some distortion from the Piano
-- There were channel loss and level changes going on in Loser, most fixed.
-- In the middle of the 1st Set, there is a level change, and then it gets a
little hissy.
