This was the 25th Anniversary of the local Classic Rock radio station, Q104. It was also intended to be the induction ceremony of April Wine into the "Q104 Rock Wall"...but Myles Goodwyn fell at the airport and was hospitalised. April Wine, the headliners, had to cancel.
The Joel Plaskett Emergency was added to the bill the day of the show.
