This Has Been Determined To Be 1940, Either September Or October (Perhaps September 11, 1940), In Either San Francisco (Avalon) Or Hollywood (Palladium)

The original Italian boot cd says "Avalon Ballroom" on the cover.
I think it is really The Meadowlands Ballroom...still, even the 16"
transcription discs had shoddy info on them so its really tough to
say at this point. You know, I really think that Sinatra's time with
the Dorsey band is as good as anything from the rest of his career.
