J-Card Comment:	Elastica--Opera House, Toronto, Canada, March 2, 1995 Ever have one of those bands you love with a passion, even though, deep down, you know they're not as good as you think they are? That band for me is Elastica. I love them with a passion. I have everything they ever did, saw them every time they played in the Toronto area, and still wear my T-shirt proudly. Sure, they copped a lot of riffs from the Stranglers and Wire, but who cares? It worked. Their first album is one of my stone cold faves, and the overlooked second album is wonderful as well. So says I. Tape came out really well, except for some mike issues which cause some thunk noises, but these are mostly between songs. The old machine was on it's last legs at this point. Oh, and that's me after "Stutter" yelling "Yeah! Fuck yeah!". Sometimes you just can't help yourself. Oh, I've also included a pic of me and Justine after the gig.
