J-Card Comment:	Alright here's a compilation of DVD files that were a complete nightmare to work with... After way too much time i have finally got something workable and best of all viewable.. The person who sent me these DVD's claims to have no idea why all files had a completely different aspect ratio if they were recorded on the same machine and also how he could manage to create an MPEG2 file header at 29.970fps when his file was 25fps and he is in the UK so he is definetly using a PAL system, anyway its turned out pretty good.. Its authored in the old TMPGenc DVD Author 1.6 so it doesn't have my usual menu...
