-Source DVD by Lazy Cow and provided by Wally (thanks!).
-Audio synchronization, DVD authoring, and VCD preparation by MattMan
(mcole@med.wayne.edu) using Adobe Audition to compress/expand the audio
in multitrack mode to match the original audio and to convert sample rate
to 44.1KHz (for VCD) or 48KHz (for DVD), TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6
to author the new DVD, and DVD2AVI > TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 > My DVD to prepare
the VCD on February 6, 2005.
