1. Bill Walton "In Sport" 2-25-90 (NBC?) 4:26
I researched this and found nothing. Ahmad Rashad sits next
to the pretty host who introduces the piece. A look at
Walton's career as a Deadhead is sprinkled with some cool
interview clips by Jerry Garcia, Mickey Hart and Bob Weir.
This is a very entertaining, but way to short video.
2. Mickey Hart "The California Mile" 10-7-90 (KRON S.F) 2:13
Mickey Hart featured in the Annual Bay Area race that
raises money for local charities. Olympic gold medal winnner
(1972) Frank Shorter appears in a brief intro about Mickey.
Strange closing sequence with Mickey offering fitness advice
to the San Francisco 49er cheerleaders.
Go ahead, waste a blank dvd on this one. It's a hoot! |
