taper's comments:
this was recorded by and broadcasted on 89.7 WGBH FM radio
and is the whole broadcast which has no interruptions, either
in the broadcast or the recording. It was one of those shows
that needed a 100 min. cassette side to not cut anything, and that's
what was used. the tape has barely been played in 19 years and
is being posted for the first time 19 years after the show happened.
the etree guide lists 10 distinctly different dates for AEC
in 1991, and this is the only one from before June 1st in Frankfurt.
this was part of the "WGBH live concert series" and the sound quality
is very good, no static that I noticed. it may even be the whole set.
there were just 2 "stoppages in play" (with applause between) during
the set and I have tracked it accordingly. each track may be more
than one song or it could all be one long song for all I know.
