Sabbath headlined the ‘British Rock Meeting’, a 2-day rock festival near Frankfurt, Germany. Other bands on the bill included Rod Stewart & The Faces, Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac and Rory Gallagher.

Most recordings of this performance begin during the first riff of "Sweet Leaf" and ends right after the end of "Wicked World", leaving only four songs, and lacking the the first two songs (“N.I.B.” and “War Pigs”) and the last two songs (“Paranoid” and “Fairies Wear Boots”).
