notes:

*  I got this on an audio disc from a friend, who had traded for it.  It may be the Cap't Skipper remaster that
    circulates but I'm not certain about that.
    
    What I can say is that the instruments are now more clearly defined and it has a cleaner sound, as I have
    eliminated a lot of the background noise.
    I've fixed a few dropouts but the shortcomings of the original recording are still there.  However, they aren't
    so  noticeable now.

    There appear to be several sources that have been patched together here.  The most significant is the last
    3:40 of Stormy Monday which has a far superior sound quality than the rest of the show.  It makes me
    wonder  whether it might have actually been taken from another show.  It's hard to believe that this can be
    the only section that survives in this sort of quality.
