NOTES: Received the cd from Nick containing .cda wav files so I had to convert them to .wav using EAC in order to open in any conversion software application.  Combined all .wav files into one wav file using AddaWav then split all tracks in cd wav editor.  Reviewed all tracks in Soundforge and all were fine except for volume level. Applied L3 Waves Volume Maximizer in Soundforge 8 to boost volume on all tracks.  The recording sounds very clear and could be an incomplete soundboard source but this cannot be confirmed.

**This is the only known source and is an incomplete recording as it is missing the last 7 tracks**
