Cowboy Junkies--War Memorial Hall, Guelph, ON, March 14, 1990
Third night of the Caution Horses tour, and a lovely show. They were already playing songs that wouldn't appear until the next album, including the gorgeous "Five Room Love Story". It literally brought tears to my eyes that night, and ended up being used a b-side years later--I never understood why it wasn't an album track. Jeff Bird, the mandolin player, is a native of Guelph, so that's why he get's the biggest cheer of the evening.

Well, I'm finally getting around to digitizing my 700+ cassettes (at my wife's insistence--she wants them out of the house), so I'm going to start posting some goodies here. I taped many a show in the Toronto area from the late '80's to the late '90's, and also recorded a lot of radio broadcasts, mostly from CFNY, 102.1 in Toronto. Hope you stumble across something you like, or even a show you were at!
