R.I.P. Sandy- aka "Bigfoot" He was a friend of mine who had nothing to do with this recording, but we sure do miss him!
I'm almost sure that he was at this show. Sandy used to work for the catering company that did the GD shows at the
Coliseum Arena, so he had a pass that let him in early. When they would open the doors to let the Dead Heads in he would
go down to the floor & at the sweet spot up front, he would place a blanket for a few of us. He would then place a blanket
right in front of the board for himself. In all of the years that I knew Sandy, I don't think he ever recorded the Grateful Dead.
