Upon us all, a little rain must fall- and it did here, this day- oh the wind & rain.
Gusty wind-noise exists at points.  By its gusty nature, hard to get
a sample of such "thick air" in isolation for deep-removal consideration.
Performed spot-bass-cut, for ex. @ start of Franklin's Tower, shakedown-
where the wind *was* the sound- but only applied in such most-difficult instance,
"when it crackled like a thunder-cloud"
