Notes:
- Exact source unknown; I jotted down what the taper told me but
didn't know enough at the time to ask the model (or even his name).
Possibly Dave Flaschner, since he ran Schoeps CMC6/MK41's with
the rest of the rig listed above, though it's not on his list.
- First track cuts in; right channel almost completely drops out from
1:18-2:07 and 2:24-2:33. Things clear up after some adjustments.
- Tape stopped at 6:50 of d2t05, between main set and encore.
- Jiggle The Handle opened (not recorded).
