Notes:
- These are Steve's tapes, which I acquired from him in April of 2010.
Steve isn't sure about John's last name but it sounded familiar when
I ran it by him. The Audio Technica mic is also a guess based on the
tape label reading "AT 4th gen". It's definitely an audience recording
so Audio Technica is my best guess.
- Tape stopped briefly after d1t06. No music lost. Tape flips after
d1t07, at 6:48 of d2t03 (some music is lost and the tape speed seems
to change slightly), and at 6:53 of d2t08 during the drum solo. Tape
also stopped after d2t06, likely to save tape during the encore break.
