Notes: This Microphone was lent to me by a friend who got it from Healy to use for ONE SHOW. It was beautiful, it had it's own padded wooden box, and it was switchable so you could set it at 60 degrees, 90 degrees, and 110 degrees. I asked Dan before the show what he used it for and what he set it at. He told me he usually would set it at 90 degrees, but he also said he experimented with it .. so I set the switch at 90 degrees for set one, and 110 degrees for set two. I found that this mic produced a crystal clear recording, with very crisp high and middle frequency response. I found that on playback I had to boost the bass tones quite a bit to get the sound I wanted. I WAS going to boost some of the low-end on this, but I decided to leave it as-is, so NO processing was done on this source.
