Notes: Picked up this DAT from taper Casey Morgan in February 2011 on my way to North Carolina. Thanks to Casey for lending me this DAT to convert and circulate into the community.
There was a question as to whether this source was already in circulation since there is an existing akg480B source out in circulation since 2003. According to the taper, this DAT had never been sent to anyone to convert and that there were other tapers with the same recording gear as he had. There is further proof as the interruption in Too Much is not present on the other source and also LIOG is faded out on the existing source and this DAT has continuous audience after LIOG and into The Stone.
The levels were very low on this source so I applied the L3 Waves Volume Maximizer. The applause after each song is also louder as a result and this is already present on the tape due to the low position of the microphones at the balcony level. This DAT has been well preserved by the taper and no diginoise or other issues exist with this recording.
Errors:
------
Recording stops at 00:39 of Too Much then resumes a few seconds later. No break appears in wav file. The taper accidentally shut off the recorder.
