Notes:
- This show was a benefit for flood disaster relief in Vermont which was recently devastated by flood waters from recent Hurricane Irene. Proceeds of the ticket, merchandise and webcast sales were directed to Phish's Waterwheel Foundation to directly aid in the recovery efforts
- Governor Peter Shumlin was introduced by Mike ~20 minutes before the show began for a thank you speech to Phish fans, and how to continue to help. Duration of the speech track is 4:21
- Carini at the start of set II was dedicated by Trey to their dear friends Pete and Tara Carini who were in attendance, along with many other friends and family
- Carini and Down with Disease were unfinished
- Thanks to Andy Murray for teaming up, as well as our crew of blockers for all the help holding it down
