Notes:
- These tapes were labeled as 2nd-generation but Yossi is almost positive
  this is not accurate. He doesn't remember who he got them from, however.
- I have patched several segments of Yossi's tapes with another unknown
  generation SBD provided by Gal Lavid. Gal's tape is less hissy than
  Yossi's, but there are speed inconsistencies throughout, including
  the first 45 seconds of d1t01.
- Encore was previously at the end of tape 1; it has been moved to its
  proper place. Tape flips denoted by single slashes.

Patches taken from Gal's source:
- All of d1t01 and the first 0:31 of d1t02.
- Gap from 15:41-15:48 of d2t02.
- Gap at 21:45 of d2t05.
- Gap at 3:33 of d3t04, extending to the first note of d3t05.
- Last 50 seconds of of d3t05.

Other flaws:
- Gaps from 0:17-0:28 of d1t04 and at 26:11 of d2t05 on both sources.
- Wavering early in d2t03.
