Notes:
- The first track cuts in about halfway through.
- John recorded this with a 100-minute tape, but someone ahead of him in
the board patch line used a 90-minute tape and executed their flips
poorly: the first flip caused a dropout after Mulling It Over, cutting
off the first few bars of Low Rider. The second one causes a dropout
from 10:54-10:58 of Gloria.
- John's own tape flip occurs 9 seconds into Manhattan Bridge.
