Notes:
- Horrendous buzz throughout the first five tracks. Finally eliminated
midway through track 5, after several dropouts in mid-song. Curiously,
this is not on the previously existing source. Possibly only a problem
downstream, or a separate board feed from a patch bay?
- Tape flips in the middle of d1t10, after d1t11, and after d2t07. The
beginning of d2t01 cuts in slightly.
