Notes:
- Odd looping feedback around 5:30 of d1t01.
- Some occasional muffled sounds as Steve moved around at times.
- The flips on my tapes are after d1t06 and d2t04; the flip between
discs is a set break but the flip after d2t07 is a bit of a mystery.
I'm guessing Steve taped with 100-minute tapes but dubbed down to
90-minute tapes for his 1st-gen copy.
