Notes:
- A SBD>DAT exists of this show - I saw it on someone's list ages
  ago but was never able to track it down. This is definitely a DAT
  source as the tape flips are mostly overlapping; the end of Sugaree
  is unfortunately missing.
- Slight tape stoppage just before Warren is introduced.
