Conversion notes:

Received the raw 24 bit wav file from Justin to reconvert and test all
flac files due to a previous corrupt file.  Reconverted the 24 bit source
as well as resampled this file to produce the 16 bit version

Thanks to Justin for sending me the raw wav file to reconvert the 24 bit
source and then resample it to this 16 bit version
