09/22/2002 amazed how do they do all those smooth segues into "jam" good thing its labeled! amazing!
09/23/2002 darrin 1. I ended up shorten-compressing this show instead of using FLAC. Thus, my lineage info on this step is incorrect.


2. Naming Conventions -- "Amazed," I use the posted setlists for shows to form the basis for my info files. IMHO, many/all of the "->jams" listed in Phil & friends setlists represent complete departures from the song structures preceeding the jams and generally develop into something completely different than the preceeding song. However, unlike the transition into a new song, I find it VERY difficult/subjective to determine when a song ends and the "jam" begins. Thus, I leave the song>jam transition untracked. Amazing, eh ;)
