Tape notes:
- This is one of the first recordings I ever received in trade, probably
  around late 1994 or early 1995, when I first started trading. I haven't
  the foggiest idea of who I got it from, and in truth it's a pretty
  mediocre-sounding recording. However, I dug it out to circulate the
  filler on one of the tapes, so I figured I'd run the whole thing since
  no digital source has surfaced to date.

Flaw notes:
- Brief dropout at 1:07 of Out Of My Hands.
- Gina cuts out and Alone cuts in.
- Nine-second dropout removed at 10:21 of GOAD. I cut it down to one second.
- Tape stopped between the end of set 2 and the encore.
