SH Notes:

Trasferred from DAT to CDR by Steve Herman [sherman1967@yahoo.com], September 2002.
48 kHz DAT to WAV conversion made using Tascam DA-P1 > Audiophile 2496 > PC.
48 kHz to 44.1 kHz WAV file conversion made using Sound Forge XP 4.5.
Made appropriate fades where necessary at the beginning/end of disks & sets only.
Provided for an overlap between disks as necessary.
Cassette generation is apparent only during the more quiet parts.  While the show is noted to have a cassette generation, I cannot hear a tape flip in either the First or Second Sets.
Very beginning of Mississippi Half Step was nipped on the SBD DAT, missing only the first opening note or so.  Patched with the FOB source.
The SBD DAT was missing Gloria.  Patched with the FOB source.
