Notes:
The existing sources in the db have the same dropouts, I was unable to patch the
dropouts on this transfer. This source has no DAE in the lineage.
dropout ~ 9:09 YEM. Silence removed, comes across as a slight skip on playback.
dropout beginning of Help On The Way. Silence removed crossfaded with crowd noise
before the set. Not a perfect fix, but better than it was.
