Notes:
The same stops at the end of some of the tracks are present in this source.
- tapeflip ~11:58 in YEM that I crossfaded, it is hardly noticeable now.
- dropout at the end of Lizards; silence removed
- dropout ~13:30 in Harry Hood; silence removed
- dropout ~02:02 in Bike; patched with #28850.  Not 100% happy with the results
of this patch.  The patch source runs slower than this transfer, but it is better
than leaving the silence.  Deleting the silence didn't work well either, there
was basically one word that needed to be patched, it reminds me a bit of tape
warble.  For the sake of continuity, I left the patch in.
- Overall this is a big improvement over what we previously had.
