* In order to facilitate fitting the show on two discs, I removed 01:05 seconds of pre-encore stadium crowd chatter/noise.  The cut occurs at 06:24.986 of d2t07.  Don't worry - there's still 54 seconds of crowd noise so it'll be like you're there waiting for the werewolves (which everyone and their sister are calling on the tape).
