Notes:  This recording has some major problems in the first 2 songs but then is more or less fine from there.  Golgi
cut in late on my dat and the recording levels were very low. The sound then spiked up and back down including
extended periods of silence.  Finally toward the end of the song, after a long period of silence, the sound came on
at a consistent level. This is where I choose to begin this shn at.  After the first song, the only significant flaws
are dropouts at the beginning and end of Down With Disease.  The first is during the opening chord and was about
a 10 second silent space (like someone unplugged the deck).  I removed it with soundforge rather than leave it in,
even though the change is kind of abrupt. The other drop is much smaller and is during the last chord of DWD. I also
removed that in soundforge and this one sounds much smoother than the other one.

Timing of the dropouts is 1:15.732 and 9:17.5 of set I.

Amazing Grace is performed without amplification so it is barely audible on the DAT.

One other Note, Paul and Silas appears before Axilla II on my DAT and there is no discernable break. This conflicts
with the HPB and the Phish Companion which list Axilla II before Paul and Silas.
