phish.net:  This show featured the Giant Country Horns on Buried Alive through Cavern, YEM, Bowie through Funky Bitch, and Frankenstein through BBFCFM. The Horns were introduced after Landlady. YEM included a Chameleon tease by the Horns. The intro to Bowie included teases of The Asse Festival. BBFCFM featured I Love Lucy and Brady Bunch theme teases.

phish.com:  This was Phish’s third performance at The Bayou, an 18-and-over show billed as Phish with Special Guests: The Giant Country Horns. The Giant Country Horns were Dave “The Truth” Grippo, Russell “Killer” Remington and Carl “Gears” Gerhard. This soundcheck reportedly included the 1st known performances of Gimme Three Steps (Lynyrd Skynyrd cover), Sesame Street Theme (Joe Raposo, Jon Stone and Bruce Hart cover), Superstition (Stevie Wonder cover) and I’m Bad I’m Nationwide (ZZ Top cover). The horns were introduced between Landlady and Cavern. During the jam in You Enjoy Myself, the horns teased Chameleon (Herbie Hancock cover). The David Bowie intro included The Asse Festival teases and Big Black Furry Creature From Mars included teases of the I Love Lucy and Brady Bunch themes.
