John Ammons Transfer: from his DAT clone of the master.  Tascam DA20 Mark II DAT > Roland SRC-2 sample rate/format converter (from SPDIF to Optical) > Mac Mini > Audacity 3.0 at 48K > Wave.

Joe Noel T,F & P: Wave > Audacity > track/label > export multiple > flac 16/48.

Checksum & tags created in xACT.

* Note  The circulating 1st set list the mics as CMC44.   Was there a mic change during set??  Doubtful.  Different taper?  Maybe, but less than a handful of Schoeps and DATs FOB in '89.  Ted doesn't recall, so short of holding his masters it's an mystery for now.  Feelers are out there & if I learn something I will report back.  In the meantime enjoy this fine FOB in its full Schoeps glory, for the first time.
