Review by Mark Allen:
Another beautiful night under the trees at Skippers brought on some
of the old and the new. Hit the Groove was a nice surprise that had some
very nice interplay between Dave & Jeb. They also killed it on Everyday.
We were definitely feeling the love! Tara brought out Yonder and just
really shredded it on her fiddle. Jim Miller joined in again tonight
and sang Life is Strange (don’t ya know it!) and Dylan’s Senor. Two of
my favorite classic Donna tunes, and in one night, with Let Love Move Me
& Mystic Water was a definite highlight for me. Western Centuries joined
the band for a couple tunes (names unknown) followed by an old timey
Cotton Eyed Joe with Jeb & Tara fiddling. They finished off the night
with two from the new CD. Peace, Love & Understanding! Happy New Year!
