This was, according to Merl, the last night of the 1991 East Coast tour.  Perhaps that's why he says "merry Christmas and Happy New Year" right at the end of the encore, even though it's still early November at Wetlands.  Either that, or the cassettes were seriously misdated, but there's no obvious candidate for a different date.
