Notes:
-The Phish Companion, HPB, and the Pharmer's Almanac list 'The Lizards' instead of 'Esther',    but I cannot find any splices or cuts that would indicate that Esther is not part of this     set.  From all indications, it appears that all the sources are incorrect and Esther is       indeed part of this show. Furthermore, 'The Lizards' appears later in the show after          'Sloth'.

show and I can report that they did in
fact do Esther. Ah, the good old days!
