notes about recording gear:
The mod SBM-1 has been modified by Doug Oade, and is his complete line stage
rebuild modification. The transformers used between the PS-2 and mod SBM-1
have a rating of 600:30k ohms. They are RadioShack transformers, and
provide
12dB gain when used with this recording equipment.
general recording notes:
The mics were run ORTF, they were 8 to 9 feet high, and the
stand was about 6 feet back from the stage lip, dead center.
